What is your Toddler/Preschool curriculum like?
Our TODDLER PROGRAM (24 months – 35 months) consist of a small group setting, to allow for their exploration. As we build off the foundational years from the Infant Program, toddlers learn more about caring and most importantly, sharing. Two-year olds tend to lean towards the “it’s mines” phrase, rather than sharing with friends. The love to do ”big kid” things with their little hands and feet. We encourage them to start their journey of independence in a safe and fun environment. Though all our programs have an age range, children are not placed in another level program until RFCCA teachers have deemed it developmentally and socially appropriate for them to move to the next program.
What do you offer for School Age children?
Our AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM (Grades K - 6) consist of students attending public and private school sectors. We service the needs of families seeking AFTER school care. We assist with homework and one-on-one tutoring is offered should your student need more attention given to a specific subject. As reading is encouraged at RFCCA starting at our Infant Program, as children get older, reading diminishes. We foster a reading environment at RFCCA, thus helping students across various subjects.
Is transportation provided to local schools for school age children?
Currently, we offer AFTER SCHOOL CARE. This program provides transportation to the center from specific schools. Please call us to inquire what schools we service.
How will I know what happens during my child's day?
A Daily Log is given each day your child is present at RFCCA for children in our Infant - PK Program.
Do the children go on field trips?
YES! We love to go out and explore. Most field trips occur during our Summer Camp Program for our school-aged students. At times, our younger classes, Toddler & PKs, will attend field trips catered to learning and exploring!
Do you provide meals and snacks?
Breakfast, lunch and PM snack is provided for our "table food" eaters!
Parents must provide food and formula for children in our Infant program.
Can I provide my own food?
We prefer our students to eat meals provided at RFCCA. If there is a dietary restriction, parents can bring food from home for your child.
May I visit my child during the day?
We love visits! However, we ask that parents call the center to schedule a time to "pop in" or volunteer in our classrooms!
May I tour your facility?
Of course you can! If you are interested in enrolling your child at RFCCA, we will gladly schedule a day and time for you to visit our center. Due to our COVID-19 protocol and to keep our children healthy & safe, certain restrictions apply. Just give us a call.
How do I enroll my child?
